CoD Black Ops Patch Notes Detail Fixes For Multiplayer And Zombies Modes
A small update arrived to Black Ops 6 on July 8. The developer's patch notes detail bug fixes and improvements for multiplayer and Zombies, including changes to Grief mode and the new Abomination Challenge mode.
On the multiplayer side, the update fixed a bug in Black Ops 6 that previously caused players to be revealed when using the RC-XD scorestreak. It also addressed an issue where the Commando default loadout class would not have an extra piece of lethal equipment. The developer says various stability issues were also fixed, but the specific details of these weren't provided in the patch notes.
For Zombies, the update made adjustments to Season 4's new Abomination Challenge limited-time mode. The developer has reduced the amount of damage Mo takes from the Aetherella Trap, and it addressed an issue where Mo could sometimes take a large amount of damage when spawning near a player. Previously, the challenge for killing Mo with a trap would not award the "Abomination Challenge Completion" calling card and Hidden Power GobbleGum, but the update fixes this error, and it should now award the appropriate rewards.
