The Nintendo Switch 2 comes with a pair of Joy-Con 2 Controllers, but if you want to race around Mario Kart World's open world alongside three friends, you may want to pick up an extra set of the revamped controllers. Strangely, Joy-Con 2 preorders never opened at most major retailers. The first time we saw the $95 set in stock was earlier this week at Target, and it was probably a mistake because stock disappeared very fast. It's been the same story for the Joy-Con 2 Charging Grip, which has built-in back buttons--one of the major perks of the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller, which has been available to purchase for over a month at a few retailers.

Joy-Con 2 Controller Sets and the official Charging Grip will be available to purchase tonight, likely at 9 PM PT when Walmart's Switch 2 launch restock goes live. Walmart will probably restock the Joy-Con 2 Wheel Set for Mario Kart World, too. Target has the Wheel Set in stock right now, but it's sold out at Best Buy and Walmart.
