Nintendo Switch Console Preorders Are Available Now But You Should Hurry
The Nintendo Switch 2 is available to preorder now at a trio of major retailers as of 9 PM PT / 12 AM ET. You can preorder the Switch 2 console for $450 or get the Switch 2 Mario Kart World Bundle for $500, which will save you $30 overall. Switch 2 console preorders are expected to sell out fast, so you'll likely need to be quick if you want to play the Nintendo Switch 2 when it launches June 5.
The Switch 2 preorder window in the US was delayed by two weeks while Nintendo reviewed the tariff situation, but the two console options are priced the same as originally announced.
Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive games such as Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza, Tears of the Kingdom, and Breath of the Wild are also available to preorder as of April 24. A collection of official Switch 2 accessories, including the Switch 2 Pro Controller, official carrying case, Samsung microSD Express Cards, and extra Joy-Con 2 Controllers, are up for grabs and release the same day as the console.
