YouTube Is Coming To Switch

The Nintendo Switch 2 has arrived, but the new handheld is missing some apps, including the popular YouTube app. Google now confirms that YouTube is on the way, but we don't know how long players will have to wait.

The YouTube app is available through the Nintendo eShop, but it is currently exclusive to the original Switch, meaning players swapping over to the Switch 2 are unable to use the app. Some players are already reaching out on social media to ask for an app to be added, and Google has replied to one of the requests.

The official TeamYouTube account says, "We're working with Nintendo to make YouTube available on the Switch 2 soon."
