Black Friday TMNT Splintered Fate Black Deluxe Edition Is Steeply Discounted

Two of the coolest things in life are Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the critically acclaimed video game Hades. So what happens when you merge the two? You get Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate, a fun Hades-like game that also happens to be on sale for Black Friday this year. Normally $40 for this Deluxe Edition, you can get this for $25 and raise some shell with your friends as you take on the Foot Clan and Shredder across the sewers of New York City.

"It’s easy to reduce Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate down to just a Hades clone with a TMNT skin, as I did previously. And while that description is pretty accurate, the sentiment doesn't convey that a well-done take on a fantastic game can be a lot of fun. While the art and story don’t come near the lofty heights of Hades, it is nevertheless a blast to bash heads as one of the titular turtles, especially when you have friends fighting at your side," Steve Watts wrote in GameSpot's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate review.

While this Black Friday deal is a great chance to pick up the Deluxe Edition of the game, fans can also preorder the Splintered Fate Pipin' Hot Collector's Edition ahead of its December 5 launch. This $100 physical edition comes with numerous extras, including everything from the Deluxe Edition, plus a pizza box storage case, tabletop RPG dice with a mutagenic ooze aesthetic, a NYC sewer manhole cover dice box, a 50-page art book and retro manual, and a double-sided metallic coin.
