Pokemon PopTarts Are Back For The First Time In Years And I Need One Right Now
Retailer Target has announced a collaboration with Pokemon for a range of new items going on sale soon, and included in the bunch is the return of Pokemon Pop-Tarts for the first time in 25 years.
Specifically, these are Pop-Tarts with the frosted vanilla cupcake flavor, featuring the legendary starter Pokemon Pikachu, Charmander, and Bulbasaur on the packaging. The Pop-Tarts come dusted with sprinkles meant to evoke the colors of those three creatures. They look very delicious.

The 12-pack of Pop-Tarts will go for $4 when it launches in stores on May 2 and online on May 3. Kellogg's originally released Pokemon-themed Pop-Tarts in the early 2000s, as a tie-in for the Pokemon 2000 movie. There were only limited Pokemon Pop-Tart releases thereafter for other product tie-ins.
