The page follows just two accounts: Sony Pictures and PlayStation. It doesn't follow any accounts related to Nintendo, which of course created The Legend of Zelda franchise and develops the games.

The account is likely linked to Sony because Sony Pictures itself is co-financing the movie with Nintendo, with Sony Pictures handling the theatrical distribution of the movie. Nintendo is financing more than 50% of the costs. Given Sony Pictures is distributing the movie, it stands to reason that it might have control of the account. For its part, Nintendo has made announcements about the movie, like the cast reveal, via the Nintendo account.
